Meat CSA

Spring
We offer the Spring Meat Share from March-June 2016. A share consists of 40 pounds of portion sized cuts of beef and pork.  On the first Saturday of each month shareholders will receive a 10 lb. variety of cuts. These cuts may include differing amounts of: ground beef, stew beef, beef steaks, soup bones, hot dogs, ground pork, pork chops, ham, ribs, hock and smoked bacon. The shareholder will not receive every cut in each share. If you would like liver, tongue, or lard, you may SUBSTITUTE it for soup bones or ham hocks in your share. If you would like additional product, you may purchase additional items or shares.

Pickup Dates and Location:
March 5 – Greenfield Winter Farmers’ Market 10am – 1pm
April-June-January 2nd – Greenfield Farmers’ Market 8am – 12:30pm
